Give your cockroaches enough food to eat in a couple of days at least two times a week. Clean and chemical-free fruit, vegetables, and salad would be the best food for them. Other choices such as calcium, natural chalk, or crushed eggshells is also important to provide strong cuttlefish bones. The left-over of their food should be removed from the tank immediately. Moist tank and correct diet will provide them with the water they need.
